Shoes

Lately Cooper has been wearing mine and Daddy's shoes. He wears them to Gwammas in the mornings, and around the house. Sunday, while I was cleaning and Daddy was mowing, Cooper went back and forth, checking on us. I even caught him talking to Bentley on the couch. "Bendy, are you ok, shall I get you a snack?" Too cute. While wearing my shoes, Cooper came to check Add Imageon my progress

He actually had to change into the clothes above, because he was outside (with my blue nikes on), playing with the hose and his wagon. Daddy caught him with the hose IN my shoes, filling them full of water. Little stinker. He came up all soggy, with a sad, SAD look on his face. He says "mommy, i got your snakes wet" (he calls nikes -snakes). Then, before I can say anything, he gets this HUGE grin on his face and says "but I put dem in the sun to dry!!". There was absolutely NO way I could be mad about that!

Celebration Breakfast

After a successful last T-Ball Game, we took Cooper to McDonalds for a celebration breakfast. After he ate, it was time to play!
We were lucky enough, that we were the only people in the play place, so I decided to play with him, and got some great pics!
he was really into posing for the camera...
After every picture, he had to "wook" at it, and tell me that it was "coopa" in them.
I can't beleive how fast the munchkin is growing. He's getting so incredibly tall, its CRAZY!
Daddy and Cooper - nose to nose... On the way home, my coolant line in the car busted, so Daddy and Cooper fixed it. Cooper LOVES fixing cars... Pointing to the Windshield Washer holder, Coop says to me "Mommy, don't touch that, its VEWY HOT!!"

T-Ball - Last Game

The Summer 2009 T-Ball season is officially over. Last Saturday, Cooper had his very last T-Ball Game. Daddy ended up being the coach again, as our coach was a no-show (strange). Here's a picture of Coach Daddy and Cooper warming up before the game
Cooper and Brock love their helmets, silly boys Cooper did EXCELLENT at his last game, and even hit a pitched ball! We are SO proud of his progress! (of course mommy did NOT get a picture of him hitting the pitched ball though, i was too busy cheering my little man on!)
Coopers favorite part of T-Ball is still running. Sometimes he runs 3 times around the bases. The other parents have gotten used to him randomly running the bases.

This last game was really strange, not only did the coach not show up, but we only had 4 kids!! I wanted a group picture of them, but Jonathon's brother Christian, wanted nothing to do with it. So this is what I got... From left: Cooper, Jonathon, and Roland

Cooper = HILARIOUS!!

I have been laughing about this picture of Cooper for 4 days now. Figured I'd post it for all to see.

Daddy and Cooper went out to eat after T-Ball Practice on Monday, while mommy was out with her bowling team. Coop says to Daddy, "Why won't the scarey guy waked up? He needs to put his hand down, he's gunna spill somefing"

Nuff Said.

Trains & Boats

Sunday morning Cooper wanted to go to "Dougs Pwace", and since Cooper is spoiled, we hopped in the car and went. :) I think he likes looking at the waitresses just as much as Daddy does. After breakfast, we saw a "faaaaast train", we didn't get pics of the train, but daddy got a picture of Cooper and I watching it...
That evening, Grandpa and Grandma took Alex & Chase out for a boat ride, so we met them at Lakeside Grill for dinner. (I hurt my back Saturday morning, so NOOOO boat ride for me! - hell I am about to go buy a walker, it hurts so bad!) Anyways, Cooper spent a good bit of time throwing rocks into the water... the bigger the rock, the better

RNJ & Hollie's Baby Shower....

This saturday, we had the pleasure of going to RNJ & Hollie's baby shower. We were almost an hour late (Coop was napping - and we have learned the hard way in the past to NOT wake him up from a nap), but still had a blast! On the way there, we had to pass Georgia Power. Cooper was SOOOOO amazed. He told us the tall things were making Clouds.

He was REALLY upset that we couldn't go IN them. He begged and begged and begged.

Coop ate LOTS of Grapes.... it musta been a grape day for the kid. Oh, and the little baby on the table... Coop called it a monkey....

Hollie looks GREAT, and we had a looooong talk with Cooper in the car on the way back, on why Howwie had a baby in her tummy. He asked if she ate it, then wanted to know if he could eat one too.
Cooper really enjoyed running down this LOOOONG cement table outside... (yes its a table). He'd run down it and jump off into Daddy's arms....
On the way home, we stopped at Covered Bridge... Cooper LOVED it, and like that it was dark inside.
It looks like he's dancing in this pic... LOL
Cooper wanted to walk across the little creek... ummm riiiiiiiight, sorry Coop, not this time!
He stepped in the mud, and wanted me to take a picture of him and his muddy shoe...
We also stopped at the Cartersville Airport. Cooper wanted to "buy a plane ticket". He didn't care where he went, just that he could go on a plane to get there.

Cool Off

After the game, we all headed to Grandma's house to go for a swim. For some reason, Cooper wore his trunks WAY up high....
Gwamma gave him a cup full of grapes, he thought that was too cool
so cool, that he kept giving me the thumbs up...

Cooper is the BEST source of entertainment. NEVER a dull moment!!

T-Ball Game - #4

This past Saturday, was the 4th T-Ball game of the season. The weather couldn't have been more perfect. It was about 60* when we started, and maybe 68* by the time the game was over. Daddy was the coach for this game, as our regular coach was out of town. Daddy did GREAT, but Cooper was NOT a happy camper, that other kids were standing so close to him. Here are some of the things Cooper said:
"Thats MY Daddy!!"
"I don't want him talking to MY daddy!"
"I don't want my daddy to give him a five!" (high five)
Cooper actually hit a home run as well!!! (It wasn't REALLY a home run, it just took forever for the opposing team to get to the ball), and Cooper ran around all the bases 3 WHOLE TIMES! He just kept running, and running, and running. It really is too bad we don't keep score at these games, i'm positive Coop racked up 10 points just by running!! This pic is of him rounding home plate the SECOND time... At every game, all the kids put their helmets in one spot, as there are some kids that don't have helmets, so this way, everyone can wear one when its their turn to bat. Well, out of ALLLLL the hemlets, Cooper can only wear his own, everyone else's is WAY to small. This upset Cooper because there was a red helmet he REALLY wanted to wear. Coach Daddy helping out Cooper and his pink bat...He does have great form, while waiting for the ball... he gets impatient QUICK though, and will start picking up rocks, and putting them in his pockets. (The rocks actually made it through my washing machine AND dryer yesterday ~ they are awfully clean now). While waiting to bat, he was admiring his shadow. He had me cracking up when he says "WOOK at my BIG head!!" Yes, Cooper, you DO have a mighty big head! I'm not sure what it is about the pink bat, but he ALWAYS bypasses the black one and the orange one.... At the end of every game, both teams line up, to give eachother High Fives. Cooper went through the line, giving everyone a high-five, then chased each of them down again, for another. Then when he finished with that, he stood there, with his arm up waiting for anyone to hit his hand. Silly boy.
