Well it is official!! Cooper is signed up for summer T-Ball!! The season runs from June 8 to Mid-July. I absolutely cannot wait to watch him in action!!! His cousins Brock and Brodey will also be on the same team. They will have one practice and one game a week.

Cooper is to bring his own glove and helmet. Hope I can find a super duper extra large helmet for him!!

Da Beach

This past weekend, we packed up the car, and headed to Panama City Beach. We stayed with my old boss in his condo on the 21st floor of one of the brand new high rises. IT WAS AWESOME. This pic is of one of the multiple swimming pools. (Daddy is REALLY afraid of heights apparently, and had a death grip on the railings while walking to the room).Everynight at 8:30 this condo building has a "dancing water show", which is ALOT like the water show in front of the Bellagio in Vegas. This one at the condo was in color though... it was really neat. Cooper was super impressed. This is a pic taken during the show... Cooper said the red was beautiful.

We only spent 3.5 hours at the beach, but daddy and I got BURNT beyond belief. Daddy's back is blistered, and Mommys ankle is so burnt its swollen. LOVELY. We sure did have a blast though. Cooper posed for this pic as soon as we got to the beach....
Cooper LOVED making sand castles...
but he loved running them over with his truck even more...
This next pic cracks me up. He thought it was awesome that his bike could drive on the sand...

(What was even more funny was watching the big guy in the background trying to get up after he woke up from his nap!)

The most memorable part of the whole weekend was when Daddy and Cooper went down to the water (which was FREEZING by the way), to get their feet wet. The waves were crashing pretty good, and one time it got Coopers shorts wet. Immediately he starts crying and says "IT GOT MY DRESS WET!!". Beach goers around us were crackin up, as we're trying to explain to Cooper that he is NOT wearing a dress, and that his SHORTS got wet. He's a stubborn little booger though, and insisted that his dress was wet and that he needed a dry one.

guess a lesson on apparel is in our near future!

Farming Accident

Some of you may not know this, but we farm at our house. Cooper is great at tilling the fields. But the other day, this HORRIBLE farming accident happened....
He doesn't seem to be hurt too bad, and we're hoping he can continue to farm again soon.

;) This kid should be an actor.

Easter 2009

Our Easter started on Saturday when we were walking through Wal-Mart and crossed paths with the Easter Bunny. Cooper screeches to a halt, and says "WHO is THAT man!!??!" He wasn't scared at all, he was actually borderline laughing at the poor bunny. (thats my boy!). Sunday morning, Cooper decided to be lazy, and mommy and daddy had to wake him up at 9:15. He must have been tired!! Cooper comes downstairs, and was amazed that that crazy goofy easter bunny was at his house, and left him some prizes. He left a Tonka Truck driving mat, lightning mcqueen cups, tic-tacs, fruit snacks, and a VW Bus.
(The Easter Bunny also left stuff at Tiff, Joe, Mimi and Pops house for Coop- and they mailed it to him.. lots and lots of goodies!!! ~ I should have gotten a pic of him-- but Daddy didn't wait for mommy to grab the camera) =)

After playing for a while, off to Grandma and Grandpa's we went. Coopers been practicing his mean face (or Mean Mug like "Ennifer" calls it). It is SOOOO funny, and I got lucky and actually got him in action...

Bentley even joined us... and guarded the front porch the entire day.

Coop calls him "Bend-ie". They really are best buds. Most of the time.

After some yummy Eggs Benedict, and some play time, we waited patiently for the Culps to arrive. I should also note that Coop was sporting the ultimate Easter shirt.... a bunny holding an ax. (Thanks Cam!).

Once the Culps arrived it was time to search for Eggs. That crazy bunny hid them around the yard and in bushes. Coop had a blast searching

Crazy boys. I wish this was a video instead of a still pic. All three were yelling "HAPPY EASTER"

We had a great easter, and the weather couldn't have been better. After a looooong day of playing outside, this is how it ended on the way home...

Happy Easter!!!

Coloring Easter Eggs

Last night we got the crayons, dye, and stickers out and colored easter eggs. We had about 4.5 dozen, and Coop only dropped one egg. And when I say "dropped", i mean, he held it over the floor, and dropped it. Cooper is a bit of a speed egg color-er. And he has absolutely NO patience for waiting until the color is nice and bright. We took LOTS of pics, here are a few...
He really liked using what he called "the hook thing" to get the eggs out of the tubs. He had dye EVERYWHERE.
Looking back at these pics I realize that 4.5 dozen eggs may have been a little too many.... NAW, Cooper, Grandma, Daddy and I had a blast coloring them. This one is a good action shot... he's concentrating so hard!
he used his hands most of the time to "drop" the eggs. And the funny thing is, his hands didn't even turn colors, but mine did.
Coopers face in this picture cracks me up. Its a little fuzzy, but too funny to not post...

**If you are wondering why his cute little face looks so rough-- he's apparently allegic to SOMETHING, we just have no clue what. His entire body is one huge rash. Then the other night he had an accident with his bike, flew over his handlebars, and landed on his face. Poor guy. The plan was to get his pictures taken since we haven't done it since his 1st birthday, guess those pics will have to wait!!

Helping Grandpa & Grandma move...

Friday night we went over to Grandpa & Grandma's house to celebrate Myles' birthday (AGAIN- I swear his birthday has lasted 2 weeks now!!). And we also helped load the moving truck. Grandpa rented this ginormous truck. Which is all fine and dandy, but I'd be they didn't even use a quarter of the truck!!

The boys had a blast on the ramp..... here's some pics of Cooper and his cousins sayin "CHEEEEESE!!"

(and yes, after these pics I did buzz his head if you're wondering if its still long!!)

Edit- The interesting thing about it... As Jeff and I are -Watching- the boys... Coop proceeds to push his bike up the ramp... it's about 12' long and about 48" high... So i ask him what he's doing. Brodey and Brock are staring from the top of the ramp. Coop looks straight at me. -uum i'm gunna jump my bike, K!?- after Jeff and i stop laughin Coop is heart broken and i attempt to explain to him why it's not a good idea. Coop really doenst care. so i redirect traffic to pushing 10lb tonka trucks downt he ramp instead... he attemped the bike one more time about an hour later... guess i shouldn't let him ride out of my truck on the motorcycle ramp...

Going through old stuff.....

There is nothing more fun than finding a box or a tub full of stuff from years and years ago. Travis was going through our attic the other day and came across a barrel full of old toys from when he was younger. He was soooooo excited... i swear, it was almost like Christmas! It didn't take Coop long to realize that Daddy was pulling out awesome toys. The ginormous grin on his face was PRICELESS. Here's a pic of Cooper and some toys. He kept asking "daddy, can I please have this toy?!" Too cute!!

Doctors Visit

This morning, Coop and I headed to see his favorite doctor.... Dr. Saade. Cooper LOVES going to see Dr Saade because he always gets a sticker when we're done. (this time was no different!)

The poor little guy has an ear infection and a MAD MAD rash. (its even on his cute little face). I asked about doing another Allergy Test, and we've decided we are going to wait till closer to his birthday, give his little body a chance to get rid of the ear infection, and he perscribed some Allegra, so he wants to see if that'll help any.

While we were waiting at Publix for our perscriptions, Cooper wanted to try on bunny ears...
He makes a pretty handsome little bunny! For some reason we had to wait FOREVER for his meds, so we walked around and looked at the balloons. Since he was such a good boy, mommy bought him this one.... he says "my balloon is smiling at me!!".

(He also got some toy Dinosaurs... Daddy busted me when he saw them in the bottom right corner of this pic. OOPS!!)

(and yes his hair IS getting super long, we tried to grow it out for an actual "style", but it grows way to fast, and is getting curly!!! I think its time mommy buzzes it again!)

The things they say...

After we picked Coop up from the airport, we drive past home depot... and this is what cooper says:

HOME BEPO!!! I needa get two black whores!!!!!

YOU NEED WHAT?!?!?!
OOOOOOHHHHHH Two BY FOURS!!!

WOW, good thing we were alone in the car!!
