Hooters

Saturday night we met up with Kali and Myles at Hooters.

I should start with a pic of the ride up there....
(I'm afraid if Travis drives Bill's car ONE more time, that Bill won't be getting it back... EVER)
(yep, i had to follow in my car)

It was a super nice night out, perfect for sitting out on the patio... where Coop could check out the waitresses. =) The hostess girl, gave Coop a balloon-- kept him fascinated the entire time we were there...

Crash Test Dummy

Yesterday, the whole family was at Mom and Dads enjoying the beautiful weather, and a cookout. Cooper was riding his bike up and down the driveway for HOURS. I really should get it on video- he hauls ASS on that thing! He hits the corner and leans like a pro... and hasn't crashed yet. The kid probably should be wearing a helmet. Anyways, he decides to get onto a Tricycle, (and keep in mind this little bike is WAY to small for him), and hauls bootay down the driveway. We never see him continue on down the driveway, and its awfully quiet. So, Uncle Myles and I decide to investigate. We stroll on down the driveway, and see this:
At this point, Myles and I pull our cameras out and start snapping pics. I really do think Cooper was playing dead there for a minute, he didn't move a MUSCLE! It made for excellent pics! As we walk closer, his infamous bottom lip pokes out...

HAHAHHA, what a nut. After a few minutes of snappin pics, Uncle Myles looks at me and says "Do you think we should help him up now?" LOL OOOOOOOOPS, Sorry coop!!

Man, am I a good parent or what?!?!? =)~

HAPPY ST. PATRICKS DAY!!!

Every year we celebrate St. Patricks Day in style. Mommy drinks green beer, Daddy drinks Mtn. Dew (kinda sorta not so much green), and Cooper drinks green sprite.
This year was no different. Mommy had green beer (too much actually), Daddy had his Mtn Dew and Cooper enjoyed a cold cup of Green Sprite.

Happy St. Patricks Day!!!

Strange Kid....

Cooper says the STRANGEST things. Yesterday, I went to Grandma's to pick up my little guy. Cooper is riding his bike, so Mom and I sat on the brick wall and watched him ride back and forth. Randomly Cooper stands up on his petals, and says to us:

"Do you hear that??!!"

Mom and I look around, don't see and hear anything out of the ordinary, and respond to Cooper with "I don't know cooper, what WAS that??"

As serious as can be, Cooper says "I can hear my pee coming!"

Grandma and I could NOT stop laughing. Where does he come up with these things!!??

Here's a pic of him that I took right after he said it. I wish pictures could talk. Instead of saying "Bacon" like he usually does when he gets his picture taken, he said "I can hear my pee coming!!"

Wow. nuff said.

Haircut Day..........

Coops hair has been growing FAST. Instead of buzzing it like I usually do, we took him up to Sport Clips where Kali works for a real haircut. I must say, he looks soooo handsome!!
This pic is from earlier today - we went out to ride bikes... in the rain.
Here are some pics of the haircut.... Thank god for Kali, I don't think he'd sit there so nice for ANYONE else. I think Kali is really his girlfriend.... sorry Myles.

Not sure why he's making that face... he's a goof. Here a better pic of "the face"...

After we left, I wanted to get a pic of the finished product. I told Coop to give me his handsome face... and this is what that face looks like... HA...

He was such a good boy, that Daddy bought him a huuuuge semi. He was so excited about it, that he actually posed for a pic with it when we got home.

Thanks Kali, for the awesome haircut!!

The "really, really, really fast red Corvette"

The other day, Daddy picked up a friends (Bill) car to deliver it to the shop. Cooper thinks this car is the mack daddy... which i should note, it IS. When you start it, the dash reads: "Please Drive Fast".

Here's a pic of Cooper and the "really, really, really fast red corvette" as he puts it.
OOOOOOHHHHHH SHINEY!!
Now daddy is determined to sell his truck and buy a vette. Thanks a LOT Bill.

Car Wash

Last night Daddy was washing his wheels, so Cooper pushed his car over near daddy, and started washing it. It was the cutest thing i've ever seen. He's got great technique!

Daddy bought Coop the flag at Ace Hardware the other day. I must say, that actually IS a great place for it!!
(he still has YET to drive his car outside. He'll drive it INside, but won't do it outside. He tells me its too fast. Strange kid.)

The Lake

Sunday was ALSO a super nice day, so the family headed to the lake for a picnic. Kali and Myles even brought Bru, who played in the lake for the first time! Cooper is such a goof when I am trying to take pics of him...
Here's Coop and Daddy playing.... For the most part Coop and Bru are best buds.... but Cooper was pissed because he wanted Bru's ball. You may think he has sh*t on his arm and shirt, but I promise, its not, it is actually sap or some crap. Gross. Not sure what he was doing here, but it was a good shot!! We look forward to many many many more trips to the lake. Maybe "Coopers Boat" (the Jet Ski), will be up and running this summer as well!!!

Cooper & Jackie

This past Saturday we all jumped in the car (Well daddy jumped on the bike) and headed to the shop of 2 of our friends John Lee and William Ballou. They were having an open house/cookout. It was the PERFECT day- 75* and Sunny! Couldn't have been better!
Cooper was a bit shy at first, but warmed right up to everyone. Taylor and Jackie came as well, and boy do those two kids looove playing together. Here are some pics of the day...
Jackie actually took this pic of her Daddy - and Rachelle (sitting in the camping chair - bottom right). Not bad for a 3 year old!! Not sure why Coops cryin in the pic, but he got over it REAL quick. DAAAAMN, I thought I had more pics of the kids, but I just realized I took them on Rachelle's camera. I'll have her email them to me and get em posted.

Here's a pic of Myles' car with his new wheels...
And unfortunately thats all the pics i got. You'd think I would have gotten some of the CARS. After all, it was an Open House for the SHOP. OOPS. I was having too much fun takin' pics of Coop & Jackie.

My sweet, sweet boy

Last night, Daddy gave Cooper a bath. I hear a bunch of racket, and by racket, i mean, FUN, they were having a LOT of fun up there. So i decided to sneak up to investigate.

I sneak in the bathroom, and lay on the floor. Daddy noticed i was there right away, and said to Coop:
"Look at mommy, she's stealth!"
"No, mommy's not stealf, mommy's AWESOME!"

Thanks, peanut, you're awesome too.

to Smart for Mommy and Daddy's own good...

Daddy and I (and Gwamma too) have been working on Coops grammar. Trying to get him to use complete sentences - without his reply being "complete sentence". he's been doing GREAT!
"Mommy can I pwease have a sucker?"
"Daddy, can Lightning McQueen PWEASE sleep inside?!" - Daddy always agrees to this one!
We've been telling him that if he asks nicely, he's more likely to get what he wants. (This probably wasn't the right thing to tell him, but who cares, he's our only so we can spoil him!)

Well that backfired on me the other morning.
I went in to coops room at normal time to wake him up. I quietly go in there, put my hand on his tiny little back, and say "Coop its time to get up buddy." He lifts his head up slowly, looks right at me, and says "No Thank you mommy. I wanna sleep alllll day."

Alrighty then.

Mommy and Daddy were a little late to work that day. =)

SNOW!

Well it FINALLY snowed in Georgia. I've been waiting for this day for a LONG time.

Cooper LOVES to ride his bike, and its no different in the snow...

Bentley loved the snow too, he kept running in circles in the front yard. Cooper thought that was pretty funny. Then it was off for a walk with the wagon.

After nap time, Daddy and Coop went back out to ride bikes. The neighbors had made a snowman with every bit of snow from their yard, as well as some from our yard... He looks pretty good i might add!!

After all the fun we all had playing outside, we are paying for it with colds. All three of us have nasty head colds. Cooper and Daddy are resting at home, and I have a feeling I'll be heading that way at lunchtime.
